1) System Analyst

We are looking for System Analyst with enthusiasm to participate in design and build our next generation ticketing solution. The successful candidate will be involved in the end to end system development cycle from solution proposal, system and infrastructure design, implementation, testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of this world-class ticketing solution.

As a System Analyst, your key responsibilities include:

• - Research on the off-shelf product in the market (including open source product) and propose how to integrate those
• - Analysis the function features of existing ticketing solution in the market and innovate with the team for the next generation of ticketing solution
• - products into our ticketing solution to meet the needs of the market
• - Propose on the technology the system should go based on the requirements from customer
• - Perform and conduct system and infrastructure design, coding, documentation, testing, user training, maintenance and enhancement on the software application systems
• - Manage the delivery schedule and quality of the deliverables handled by outsource vendors (if any)
• - Lead a team of application developers for program coding
• - Monitor the healthiness and maintain application systems to countries in Asia Pacific to ensure stability of system
• - Provide maintenance and ongoing enhancement on the application systems

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• - Strong application and system design experience, especially in mission critical systems with high traffic and high availability
• - Knowledge in client-server based applications, and MVC frameworks
• - Experienced in drafting UML, ER diagram and database schema design
• - Ability to transform the user requirement into technical specifications, and breakdown functions and modules for implementation
